About the Role


Udonis is looking for a Performance Creative Producer to create fast-moving video and image ads for lead generation and ecommerce campaigns.


This role combines market research, direct-response thinking, creative strategy, and AI-assisted production. You will research markets and competitors, identify promising ad concepts, write persuasive scripts and angles, then produce video and image ads using external assets, AI tools, stock footage, avatars, voiceovers, screen recordings, templates, and simple editing tools.


This is not a high-production creative role. We are not looking for cinematic ads, complex shoots, polished brand films, or advanced design work. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand what makes a person click, convert, or sign up — then turn that insight into performance-focused ads that can go live and be tested fast.


What You'll Do


You will own the creative process from research to finished ad. Your work will include:

  • Researching competitors, ad libraries, social platforms, landing pages, hooks, angles, offers, and creative patterns
  • Identifying concepts that could work for paid acquisition campaigns
  • Writing direct-response concepts, hooks, scripts, ad copy, and simple visual directions
  • Producing video ads using AI tools, stock assets, avatars, voiceovers, templates, screen recordings, and simple editing software
  • Producing image ads primarily with AI tools, templates, and external assets
  • Creating testable ads for Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok
  • Working mainly across lead generation verticals such as insurance, real estate, and education, with some ecommerce projects as well
  • Turning feedback and test results into new iterations, variations, and creative ideas
  • Moving quickly and independently without waiting for detailed instructions at every step


What This Role Is Not


This is not a traditional video editor role where someone hands you a finished script and you only edit. It is also not a brand video, cinematic production, filming, or advanced design role. You will not film yourself, manage shoots, or create highly polished design work from scratch. The work is based on research, writing, external assets, AI tools, stock footage, avatars, voiceovers, screen recordings, templates, AI-generated visuals, and simple editing.


What Success Looks Like


You are successful in this role if you can consistently turn research into strong ad concepts and finished video or image ads that move quickly into testing. Great work means spotting strong angles, understanding why a concept might work, producing ads quickly, creating useful variations, and improving based on real performance feedback.


Requirements


We strongly prefer candidates with exact or at least relevant experience. If you have little or no track record, only apply if you can clearly show exceptional talent through your work.


  • Experience creating ads, performance creatives, UGC-style videos, paid social creatives, scripts, concepts, image ads, or similar assets
  • Understand the difference between a good-looking ad and an ad designed to drive action
  • Can research a market, study competitors, and spot useful creative patterns on your own
  • Can write strong hooks, angles, scripts, short-form video concepts, and simple ad copy
  • Can produce finished video and image ads yourself using external assets, AI tools, and simple editing workflows
  • Comfortable with AI tools and fast production workflows
  • Can work with tools such as HeyGen, Seedance 2.0, ElevenLabs, CapCut, AI image tools such as Nano Banana Pro, or similar platforms
  • Understand that speed, volume, and learning matter more than perfection in performance creative
  • Can use feedback from live testing to improve the next batch of concepts
  • Enough experience to work independently without junior-level guidance


You do not need to have done this *exact* role before, but it has to similar / relevant experience. We care more about whether you can think like a performance creative, research independently, write persuasive concepts, and produce ads that are ready to test.

Compensation


Competitive salary, highly dependant on relevant experience:

  • Senior (5+ years' relevant experience): €2,600 – €3,200 gross/month
  • Mid-level (up to 5 years' relevant experience): €1,800 – €2,600 gross/month
  • Junior / entry (up to 2 years): €1,500 – €1,800 gross/month
    Note: We'll only take on someone with little or no track record if they showcase exceptional talent and understanding of the matter during the evaluation phase of the interview.
  • Hybrid remote, starting with full remote
  • Full-time role with real ownership and independence
